It's shocking to see how many students these days have totally zero school pride. They don't bother about their community, they don't get involved in activities, and they just seem uninterested. It's like they've lost sight of what it means to be part of a team and believe in their fellow students. This lack of spirit is negative to the entire school environment.

Man, this cap just won't cooperate! I've tried to adjust it, but it still feels awkward. Maybe my head is just check here not meant for this. I guess it goes to show you that sometimes fit just right.

This Isn't My Old School
When I see the words "alma mater|my old school|the place where I learned}", it doesn't evoke feelings of warmth and nostalgia. For me, it's a unfamiliar concept. Maybe because my time there were so different, or perhaps I simply haven't had the time to look back. Whatever the reason, that phrase doesn't carry the same weight for me as it does for others.
It's not that I regret my time at school. It was a time of learning, just not one that feels familiar in the way many people describe.
Perhaps it's because I found my passions outside the traditional school setting. Or maybe it's because my memories are defined by different experiences. Whatever the case, "Not My Alma Mater|My School Is Different|This Isn't My Old School", and that's perfectly okay.

The realm doesn't accept that I ooze a different shade. They watch with disgust as I display the fact of my being. My essence is a sign of {somethingdifferent that they can't grasp. They categorize me as alien, but I am simply special.
Spirit Week? Sounds Like Work
Seriously, school/the whole idea of/that thing they call "school spirit/spirit week/pep rallies" is about as appealing/relevant/interesting to me as a moldy sandwich/root canal/trip to the dentist. I'd rather be practicing my guitar/reading a good book/taking a nap than wearing a ridiculous costume and chanting slogans. Give me brains over brawn any day!
- My teachers/My friends/Even my family all think I'm weird/missing out/crazy, but whatever. Their enthusiasm is contagious.

My Eyes Are On The Prize (Snacks)
Let's be real, sometimes gathering/ chilling/hanging out with people/ friends/squad is all about the spread/ feast/ bounty! I mean, who can resist a good platter/ selection/ assortment of tasty treats/ goodies/ munchies? It's like a buffet/ an oasis/ the promised land of deliciousness/ yumminess/ pure snacking heaven. Give me cookies any day! I totally prioritize/live for/am here for those snacks/ goodies/ bites that make a gathering/ hangout/ party truly unforgettable.
